This is the first design I have made by Girish Sharma. I have been seeing other designs of his popping up on other puzzle sites, so I expect we will be seeing more from him in the coming months. At least you will be seeing more here. This is a TIC that he sent me a while ago (along with a few other that will be coming soon) and I really like the nice dance the first two pieces do. The third and forth pieces are not very difficult but getting there takes quite a few turns! Two versions available.
Here's what Girish had to say about his design. "I originally came up with a 3 piece 4x4x4 TIC named Uroborous as the pieces resembled a snake devouring its own tail. Snake Charmer is an optimization on top of Uroborus by Andrew's code. I added another piece to it to make it an almost full cube. It takes a total 17 moves including 9 rotations to solve this one. The rotations are really nice and tricky."
NOTE: Due to a weather elated issue, several of the mixed wood versions had a piece that became unusable. I am remaking these pieces and will be releasing more of this version very shortly.
